Bamboo tea is useful for lowering uric acid levels, cholesterol, high blood pressure, and sore throat, and for warding off free radicals. Produced in Golo Loni Village and Mokel Morid Village, East Manggarai Regency, NTT Province, bamboo tea provides a unique and healthy taste for the body, with a production process involving 10 Bamboo Women/Mamas. The bamboo leaves are initially harvested by taking bamboo leaf shoots (young leaves), cleaning them with running water, draining/drying them, and steaming them for approximately 15 minutes. After that, they are removed, dried, put in the oven at maximum temperature, and then ground.
